There are a handful of reasons why the arm on your Lippert Solera awning might be bent; it could be a part (like the shock), sudden gusts of wind, too much weight from rain, or even something getting stuck in the track while you're retracting it. Since the LED strip in # 277-000492 is permanent to the unit, the only way to get a new LED strip is to purchase an entire assembly, unfortunately.
But, before you do that, if you haven't already I recommend checking your ground connections for these lights as this is the most common reason LEDs don't function as intended.
